Our competency assessment process is based on PMBOK standards and methods recognized by the Project Management Institute and covers three essential aspects, namely:

• project, program and portfolio management competencies;
• personal competencies (skills);
• technical competencies.

The first aspect involves identifying optimal project management processes and practices. The choice depends on your organization's stage of maturity and represents the competencies you wish to use to evaluate the performance of your project management executives.

The second aspect helps executives contemplate and select the skills they wish to reinforce among the members of their team. This requires identifying the criteria that will be used for employee promotions and supporting continuous development through coaching and training.

In the final stage, an inventory of internal processes and technical components required for project management functions is prepared.
