We offer a project and IT management coaching and mentoring service. The service is designed based on best management practices identified by the PMI®, ITIL® and CMMI® in order to help your people develop their competencies and hone their ability to apply select management principles. Using this approach, our staff provides ongoing hands-on assistance for a predetermined number of months, based on your specific needs.

During the startup period, our team works with management to establish a diagnosis of the current situation and pinpoint areas where improvement is required. The situation is reviewed periodically to determine what impact the coaching or mentoring services are having. Once the objectives have been met, we gradually phase out our personnel to ensure that the competencies have been fully and permanently integrated and to determine the degree of success of the results.
